Poles with VDS Equestrian

What a way to start off the New Year with a poles session with Sarah from VDS Equestrian at Mt Grey Equestrian centre. 24 riders took spaces in groups from leading to ridden, walk and trot with a couple of walk trot and canter groups. Educational , fun and supportive. We were joined by prospective and new members at during the day so even more interesting! The following is a selection of photos from each group.
